Why Wont Cups Work On My Bathtub?

Баренцбург

For the first long snowmobile trip we have just picked the coldest day: -33 °. The original plan was
a snow cave near Barentsburg and digging of the night. But it turned out differently, like so many things on this trip. After just 20km from the slide broke a part on which we carried all our equipment. We decided to leave the carriage and easy to make a day trip to Barentsburg. According to map a route is approximately 60km. When evaluating the GPS turned out to but it was a total of 260km yet! {Edit: not true but was only 132 km, the track for some reason double} The GPS also turned out to be very useful because of the way to Barentsburg chose the route along the coast. There are no marked trails scooter-so I navigated us through the maze of valleys with the help of an old track that was stored on the GPS, which was with my scooter there.
We had to always turn back time and look for another way to have the narrow but deep valleys of the rivers which dug into the landscape to avoid. This left my scooter stuck sometimes. Fortunately, we were digging this to him again to dig. Then you can have enough gas to propel the scooter back from the hole, hopefully.
The track has quite contained, including steep steps. For starters, quite sufficient and so we had to frequently resort to the blade. After 3 hours
were we came in Barentsburg. The Russian settlement looks like I lost a city in Siberia during the Cold War, imagine. Propaganda pictures on the walls of houses and the Lenin statue.
We went into the hotel, the only pub for miles around. Where it after half an hour managed to order a soup. Not only was the language barrier between us and a warm soup, and the operation, with stoic calm us in peace eat our own food in the hotel bar was. When we got in the end had too little money, they just let the cold. What to do even that? Business's yes no ...

The way back was no less adventurous. So I went ahead again I was on a snow-covered put away and we had to dig quite a while. We wanted to avoid actually driving over the ice, but on land he went to really help. It was a strange feeling to ride the first time on ice.

I had problems with my helmet that froze last and I blocked the view. So went Stefan, on my passenger. In the back seat but then it was very cold and my knees were still two days later, a little stiff.

Ca. 30 km from our slide away my scooter was "low fuel" to. A message that one does not like, tens of kilometers from the Civilization away, and darkest in the middle of the night. But we reached after a few anxious nor the carriage with the jerry can. Then where the scooter was on his Spirit of Elina. He did not want to start. After trying several unsuccessful, we localized the problem. A screw on the battery had come loose.

Thus, from the cozy Sunday drive a lesson in scooter technology and what can not be better going for a longer trip in Svalbard.

Now comes the light back at a phenomenal rate and it is from day to day brighter. The sun sets in a week on 15 on but there are some hours with evening mood.
